CTO has worked hard to expand its reach to a broader audience in the 2024/2025 school year, which has resulted in record numbers! As of February 24th, program facilitators have given 285 presentations to over 15 thousand audience members in this school year alone. This was achieved with CTO’s continued presence in schools and by appearing in over 50 new schools. And students are telling us our program is working! According to their survey answers, 95% of them reported feeling more informed about the current risks related to substance use. Students’ survey responses also confirm our position that CTO’s presentation is as relevant to them as ever, with 31% of them reporting they know someone who has experienced an overdose, and 50% reporting they know someone struggling with a substance use disorder.
