We’re hiring!
We’re seeking individuals who have been directly or indirectly impacted by the opioid epidemic to join Change the Outcome’s outreach team as panelists. In this role, you’ll travel throughout Minnesota, sharing your lived experience with middle and high school students while helping educate them about topics such as fentanyl, pressed pills, overdose response, and substance use prevention. Ideal candidates are comfortable being open and authentic, can connect with young people, and are passionate about reducing stigma and helping youth know that support and recovery are possible.

Program Facilitator
As a Program Facilitator, you’ll use your skills to connect with students and community members during Change the Outcome’s on-site presentations. You’ll facilitate open, honest conversations and share practical knowledge to educate audiences about important aspects of opioid use, the disease of addiction, emerging drug trends, and harm reduction.
