This 2025–26 school year, our team traveled hundreds of miles across Minnesota, bringing information and important conversations to gymnasium floors, auditorium stages, classrooms, community centers, and even a church. Throughout the year, we connected with an astounding 26,000 educators, students, and community members across MN communities both big and small such as Bemidji, Ely, Wilmar, Whitebear Lake and so many more. Every stop reminded us that these conversations matter.
As we continue connecting with more students and educators, we recognize just how important and impactful this work truly is. What Change the Outcome talks about is not something that affects only one group of people, one individual, or one area. Unfortunately, this is something affecting everyone in some way, whether directly or indirectly. That reality is why these conversations need to continue happening in schools, communities, and everyday life.
This year showed us the power of simply showing up, listening, and creating space for honest discussion. From students sharing personal experiences to teachers opening their classrooms for these conversations, every interaction reinforced the importance of education, awareness, and support. No matter where we traveled, the message stayed the same: people want to feel heard, informed, and understood.
While the miles traveled and numbers reached matter, the real impact comes from the connections made along the way. Every conversation started in a gym, classroom, or auditorium has the potential to extend far beyond that moment. As we look ahead, we hope to connect with more communities, spark meaningful conversations, and remind people that they are not alone.
As the school year comes to a close, we want to thank every student, teacher, and community that welcomed us this year. We hope everyone has a safe, relaxing, and wonderful summer, and we look forward to continuing these conversations in the future.
