In the wake of the news surrounding the FDA approval for Narcan, a nasal version of the overdose reversal medication naloxone to be sold over the counter, WCCO reached out to CTO Founder & Executive Director, Colleen Ronnei.
“Even if somebody has been using cocaine, or meth, or they’ve taken a pill they think is Adderall or ecstasy, they can potentially be revived by this. Because fentanyl can be in a lot of those substances now, unfortunately,” Ronnei said.
