US Representative Dean Phillips (MN) announced the unveiling of his federal School Access to Naloxone Act in a press conference at the Minnesota State Capitol. Legislation that would increase access to naloxone in schools nationwide. CTO Executive Director, Colleen Ronnei and one of her team members were invited to speak at the press conference introducing the bill. CTO has worked to move the needle on this issue in Minnesota and we remain grateful to legislators and advocates who are working to do the same nationwide.
